Brendan Fowler

Brendan Fowler is a Private Equity Associate at H.I.G. Capital, where he evaluates middle-market investments with a focus on operational value creation. He works closely with management teams to drive performance improvement initiatives and support strategic growth across portfolio companies. Prior to H.I.G., Brendan worked in investment banking at Bank of America, where he advised on M&A, IPOs, and capital markets transactions.

Beyond his professional work, Brendan is actively involved in advancing educational access and opportunity. Through NoticeAbility and the United Nations Dyslexia Network, he serves as a Youth Council Mentor, helping develop programming, guide student leaders, and expand engagement. He also serves on the Associate Board of Reading Partners, supporting literacy initiatives for students in underserved communities.
