The following terms and conditions (collectively, these “Terms of Service”) apply to your use of www.NoticeAbility.org, including any content, functionality and services offered on or via NoticeAbility.org (the “Website”). NoticeAbility can’t guarantee that the Website will be up and running at all times. We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users. In any case, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, nor for any data loss.

To access certain features of the Website, you have to register by entering your email and choosing a password as part of our security procedures. The Website and its original content, features and functionality (including look), are owned by NoticeAbility and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We provide this Website for use by persons located in and outside of the United States of America. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible, appropriate or legal outside of the United States of America. If you access the Website from outside of the United States of America, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
